Publisher and seller

Ubieram is published by Lohan Fernandes, sole proprietor (see the legal notice).

Licenses are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), the merchant of record. Paddle is your seller for payment, invoicing and taxes, and its buyer terms apply to the transaction. The publisher remains responsible for the app and for the license described below.

Free trial

Ubieram is free to use for 14 days, with every feature, without an account or a payment method. When the trial ends, reminders and questions pause; your notes and history stay available. A license turns everything back on.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the website and on the checkout page, including the taxes of your country. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Paddle takes the payment and sends you the invoice.

Delivery

Your license key is emailed to you as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. The button in the email opens Ubieram and activates it; you can also paste the key in Settings, then License. Lost it? Get it again at ubieram.com/license, or email lhn.fe@hotmail.com.

License

• Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license with no time limit.
• A license can be active on up to 3 Macs at the same time. You see and remove them in Settings, then License, to use the license on another Mac.
• Activation needs an internet connection; once activated, the license also works offline. The app checks it about once a week.
• Updates to the major version you bought (for example 1.x) are included.
• You may not share your key, resell or redistribute the app, or decompile it beyond what article L122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code allows.

Withdrawal and refunds

The app is digital content supplied immediately. By completing your purchase, you ask for immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you receive the key, as provided by article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Regardless of that right, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked, through Paddle (paddle.net) or at lhn.fe@hotmail.com. The refunded key must then no longer be used.

Requirements

macOS 27 or later, on a Mac with Apple silicon. The free trial lets you check that everything works on your Mac before you buy.

Warranties

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If the app does not conform, you can have it brought into conformity or, failing that, get a price reduction or a refund.

Ubieram helps you pick up your train of thought, but it is not a backup. Restoring windows is best effort and depends on other apps.

Liability

For business customers, except in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the publisher’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the license and excludes indirect damages.

Personal data

The app collects nothing about your activity. The details are in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force on its date.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, please email lhn.fe@hotmail.com first so we can find an amicable solution.

If you are a consumer, you can also use a consumer mediator free of charge, or go to the courts of your place of residence.

These terms exist in French and English. If they differ, the French version prevails.
